Portrait photography should tell a story. You should be able to tell something about the person in front of the camera (as well as the one behind it!)
For me it’s about really putting your subject at ease, thinking about what you want to show, listening to their ideas and coming up with something awesome that is totally for them - not repeating the same photo with different faces but really making something unique.
I started out shooting music and live gigs so I have always had a passion for music portraits. I Love meeting and working with musicians offstage to create images that really portray their style. From this I branched out into portraits in all areas and it is my favourite part of my job! I get to meet people from all walks of life, hear their story and make images which make them feel great about themselves! From personal and family photos, to actors headshots, musician promos and corporate portraits - the variety is endless and I put as much work and thought into each and every shoot that I do to make sure it’s the best it can be!

I love meeting new people so I love portraiture - it is honestly the best part of my job! Whether you are after corporate (but not too stuffy) headshots or a full editorial portrait shoot I am here for it!

No matter what the shoot I work in a natural and fun way, no forced grins and cheesy poses or making you do anything that will make you cringe!
